Bilingual Workforce Training and Business Development Program

The HCCLF will provide FREE employment and training services to individuals within the Hispanic community in preparing and finding gainful employment. Our program also offers a series of Business Development seminars open to the community.

Who is Eligible to Participate?

All adults, age 18 years and older that are legal U.S. citizens or residents and are currently unemployed.

How Do I Register?

In order to register for the Bilingual Workforce Development Training Program, you must visit us at 2200 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Suite #200, Kenner, LA 70062 any time between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Please bring the following:

  1.  LA Driver’s License/ID
  2. Social Security Card

***Failure to bring all necessary documents to complete your application will delay our ability to assist you.

What type of Employment Training will I receive?

Our training is self-paced and online for your convenience. We focus on Soft Skills utilizing a “Ready for Work” software series that provides a solid foundation in the skills essential to compete in today’s workforce.

The HCCLF has partnered with the Delgado Adult Education Program to bring FREE English as a Second Language classes to our center. These ESL courses are intended for students who want to improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.


The HCCLF will offer training seminars on a monthly basis in a variety of subject areas concerning management education and general business training. Please contact the center for a list of upcoming topics.
