The HCCLF has partnered with the Delgado Adult Education Program to bring FREE English as a Second Language classes to
our center. These ESL courses are intended for students who want to improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening
skills in English

The HCCL Foundation offers training seminars on a monthly basis in a variety of subject areas concerning management education and general business training.
